The Kepes Center at Eger, established to preserve and promote the heritage of world-renowned artist, painter and theoretician György Kepes opened on March 1st 2012. The second floor of the building is dedicated to the permanent exhibit of the works of Kepes. On the first floor a temporary exhibition of the works of Vera Molnar, pioneer of digital art. The third floor carries another temporary exhibition, where, among significant works of contemporary Hungarian art, Gömböc 100 can be viewed. The Gömböc installation has been designed by Co&Co Communications and is on loan from Concorde Asset Management Ltd.
